Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Participants may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled Session for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for a future session.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the approved timeframe.
If a session is canceled by Kai Empowerment, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [kaiempowerment@gmail.com] within 7 days of the event date.
Changes to Bookings
Participants may request a change in their booking at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
No-shows
If a participant does not attend a booked session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be granted.
